A: Nouera is a REAL independent state from the Italian Republic. Within our territory, we have our own principles and values and a customized governmental rule
Q: Is it possible to become Nouera's citizen?
A: Yes it is. The only two conditions you have to fulfill are 1) willingness to contribute to Nouera cultural life based on oyur skills and abilities 2) subscribe a Nouera citizenship form and pay some postal fees which will allow you to get your personal ID

A: Nouera has been conventionally founded on July 26th, 1976 (founder birth date) but it has been officially announced to the public only in January 2025

A: At the time of writing this Q&A note (January 2025) we count 121 inhabitants, 2 rabbits, 1 cat, 8 pigeons on top of other wild animals free on the territory
Q: Is it Nouera legally recognized by other state
A: Not yet, there is a process of meeting other important Leaders of other states to try to have a forma recognition

A: All sports are welcome: we have our local soccer Team (F.C. Noueraland) and every year there is a specific tournament where all pigeons' owner showcase their animals
