A: Nouera is a REAL independent state from the Italian Republic. Within our territory, we have our own principles and values and a customized governmental rule.

A: Nouera has been conventionally founded on July 26th, 1976 (founder birth date) but it has been officially announced to the public only in January 2025

A: At the time of writing this Q&A note (January 2025) we count 53 inhabitants(45 Humans, 1 cat 7 pigeons) on top of other wild animals free on the territory. Everybody can become citizen of Nouera by applying to Nouera official website (nouera.org.

A: Not yet, there is a process of meeting other important Leaders of other states to try to have a formal recognition.

A: Slipper Throw is one of the national sport of Nouera. In September 2002 Mr. Ferrario set the National record (28.2mt) that is still unbeaten to this day. At the same time, all sports are welcome: we have two local soccer Team (Atletico Nouera and Divano Kyev) and every year there is a specific tournament where all pigeons' owner showcase their animals.

A: Not al all. We are a free independent state and we welcome people of every race, political party, sexual gender and orientation.

A: Nouera is a peaceful state. We are unfavorable to any violence in any form and we condemn every war. However Nouera can count on a small army of 4 soldiers and a couple of slingshots.
Q: Which social events and happenings can we find in Nouera
A: In Nouera there are plenty of things to do. First of all Nouera is a free territory where Photography and all visual arts finds an ideal place to grow and to receive positive contaminations from other photographers and authors. At the same time, Nouera is a Republic in the midst of a beutiful countryside so you can enjoy birdwatching, gardening and discovering natural beauties. We gather together in many occasions like the solstice celebration, the Grand Ball to welcome Spring, the Autumn chestnut party and many more. In nouera you can also find a small cinema called "monosala". One hall, one film. Everything is lived with a different pace.
